Each manufacturer has a different return policy. We strongly recommend that you verify your order precisely and double check your specifications, measurements, prices, options and all relevant information. We want to earn your business and we will work with you to make you happy. We have a 30 day return policy on pre-manufactured vault doors. It’s a simple process; you can notify our returns specialist at (877) 605-6056. We will provide you with a return authorization and an address to return the vault door and any associated components. Customers are obligated to pay for the return freight charges and a 15% restocking fee. As soon as the equipment is received and then inspected you will receive a credit for the total purchase price minus the freight and restocking fee.
